As part of an Exploring Social Justice initiative at The New School University, students of the Social Justice Collective conducted a dorm-to-dorm needs assessments to find out what were common and the most pressing social issues facing students. The study would then result in community-driven solutions to help bring more resources to students around prevalent issues, such as active bystander training, stress relief programming and advocacy opportunities.

The assessment results were both documented and presented at University-wide event where students could interact and engage with the assessments findings as well as contribute to a collective call to action.
